The building is in Mombasa just across the Nyali bridge on the Nyali side next to hotel city Blue, it was to be named Sheheena Marina and was halted 4 years ago. It was to be a 22 storey tallest building in Mombasa Kenya but it's construction was suddenly halted as rumors had it that the muhindi billionaire refused to oil the pockets of some powerful Mafia at Mombasa county and also at national government. These Mafia went ahead through NEMA stopped it's construction. Mombasa residents who had anticipated such a massive investment blamed their governor Ali Hassan Joho whom they said had a tendency of demanding a floor or two to himself on any new plaza construction.
It is also said that the proposed University in Majaoni and Mavueni was also stopped after Pastor Evangelist Ezekiel of Newlife prayer centre and church refused to give out Kickbacks and bribes.
